The estate planner helps the client plan his or her estate by focusing on the assets that the client accumulates or will accumulate throughout their lives. Through a Will the wishes and desires of clients are carried way passed their lifetimes and affect the division of the assets among their families, loved ones, charities. When the time comes and the client passes, a will must be probated through a court process when a person is appointed to finalize the plans determined by a client in his or her Will regarding client’s assets. In the absence of the Will, the assets are managed through a different process called Administration of the Estate.
